PREPARATION OF CODFISH EGGS EXTRA
Tarama in red color is also the raw material for two very common and delicious recipes that are really famous in many countries : tarama-balls and Tarama-salad( a creamy dip made by stirring extremely salty cod eggs with oil, lemon, and alternatively boiled potato or bread soaked) and for many other dishes.
