MINI OLIVE OIL RUSKS
It has devoted funs as it is one of the most famous Cretan rusks worldwide, part of their every-day eating habits. They are crispy, but not hard. Enjoy them with some hard cheese like graviera ,eat them as snack drizzled with honey or crumble them in salads like croutons.
Ingredients: Local flour 70%, olive oil. Zyme, yeast, salt.
