The taste of tradition is revived in a dish. Soft wheat flour from selected grains, kneaded with fresh cow's yogurt. It is then dried in natural conditions and rubbed in a sieve, as in the old days. Classic handmade furmenty with the characteristic acidity of yogurt, is made into a delicious traditional soup, or added to oily foods and gives them the deep earthy taste of fine wheat.
