Ingredients:
200 gr tarama raw material
300gr stale bread
1 1/2 cup olive oil
1 large onion
Juice of 2 lemons
Pepper
Instructions:
1. Soak the bread – only the crumbs – in water and wrung it well between your hands
2. Smush the onion in the food processor together with the olive oil
3. Then add the tarama, the bread and the lemon juice and continue processing it in order to get a uniform cream
4. Make a trial and regulate it depending how salty you would like to have it , by adding some extra bread and / or lemon.
