Ingredients:
• 200g crumbled Feta cheese PDO
• 200g Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon water
• ½ tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• ¼ teaspoon chopped red pepper
Preparation:
Add all dip ingredients into a blender. Process until smooth. Scrape the sides and blend again, place the mix on a small dish. Serve with assorted veggies or whole wheat pita. Great in sandwiches!
