Ingredients 8 servings:
400gr grated Hard cheese
400gr grated Semi-hard cheese
400gr grated Kaskavali Limnou
400gr grated Graviera Naxou
5 eggs
250gr cooking cream
12 beef slices
12 slices toast bread
Butter
Instructions:
Smear the baking pan with butter. Spread bread toast after cutting the crust and diving into milk. Make a layer with the half of cheeses, then put beef and last the remaining cheeses. Beat the eggs with the cream and pour over the soufflΓ©.
Bake at 180 degrees until browning .
